Return Policy
At Balarchy, we stand by the quality of every piece we create. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may initiate a return within the return window specified on the product detail page.
Note: A return shipping fee of ₹100 (for returns within NCR) or ₹250 (for returns outside NCR) will be deducted from your refund. Return pickups are subject to third-party shipment timelines and may take up to 10–15 days.
Return Eligibility
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- All original tags, accessories, and packaging are intact.
- If the product has a Seal Tag, it must be unbroken.
How to Initiate a Return
To raise a return request from your account:
- Login to your Balarchy account.
- Navigate to My Account → Orders → Order Details.
- Click on the ‘Return’ button.
- Choose the reason and condition for return.
- Upload clear images of the product, showing tags and all included accessories.
Missing tags or accessories may result in the rejection of your return request.
Pickup & Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, we'll schedule a pickup from your original delivery address.
- You can track your return under “Order Details” → Track Shipment.
- Upon receiving the item, our quality team will inspect it against the provided return reason and condition.
- If approved, your refund will be initiated after deducting the return shipping fee of ₹100 (for returns within NCR) or ₹250 (for returns outside NCR).
- If the return doesn't meet our conditions, the product will be sent back to you.
Additional Notes
You may try on your product to check fit or look — but please avoid using it if you're considering a return. We're committed to delivering a premium experience, and we ask the same care from our customers.
